The ingredients needed to make Veg Noodles:
- You need 1 Packet of noodles.
- Provide 2 of Capsicum (sliced).
- Prepare 3 of Onion (sliced).
- Use 2 of Tomato (sliced).
- Use 1 cup of chopped cabbage.
- Prepare 1 Tbsp of ginger- garlic paste.
- You need 1 tsp of Soya sauce.
- You need 1 tsp of Vinegar.
- Provide 1/2 tsp of Red chili sauce (Optional).
- Prepare To taste of Salt.
- Prepare 1 cup of oil.
- Get 2 tsp of chopped coriander leaves.
Steps to make Veg Noodles:
- Cook noodles in boiling water with some salt and Oil.Don't over cook noodles.It will take 5-8 min.Pour noodles into the strainer then wash it with cold water properly.Leave it for 10 min..
- Now in a clean towel or cloth spread the noodles and pour some oil over it.Now mix it..
- In a large pan take all the oil,heat it.Now add ginger-garlic paste and saute it.Then add onion, capsicum, cabbage & fry it on high flame for 2 min.Add tomato,salt,cook for 1 more min..
- Add noodles and mix it with veggies nicely.Now add 3tbsp soya sauce with 2tbsp vinegar and 2tbsp red chilli sauce.Sprinkle some chopped Coriander while serving & enjoy..
- Note- You can add chopped green chillies if kids not having it..
- To enhance the taste can add 1tbsp Ching's chutney with veggies & fry it..
- Boil noodles at least 1-2 hours before making it..
