  4. Pick and wash moringa leaf,wash and grind pepper,garlic,ginger and coarsely pound d picked groundnuts.
  5. Pour semi-cooked rice grit into a clean wide bowl,add in d powder ed rice remove from d rice before washing and stir with spoon to avoid sticking,add in pepper, groundnuts,ginger,garlic,moringa leaf,salt,and little stock,mix well and correct seasonings.
  6. Add water into steamer if necessary and pour back mixture,add in cut onions in ringshape on top or diced spring onions cover and allow to cook for 15min.
  7. Place a pan on fire,add veg oil and diced onions,allow to saute and drop from fire.
  8. Drop from fire and add d hot oil and mix vigorously....enjoy dambun shinkafa.
